looking forward and realizing
 this view is now
breath deeply and feel the weight
there is heaviness to living
a comfortable settling
like pulling on the covers in bed
and then pulling up one more
not because you are cold
but because it feels better
like sitting next to someone shoulder to shoulder
and leaning just a little
like washing your hands in warm water
and then leaning against the counter
so you can stay there to enjoy it without exertion
like every moment
in which time doesnt matter
time stands still-
but only here-
everywhere else it is passing by
open your mouth
 sit up straight to take in more of it

more of this
